Returns Center

Moon & Ivy products are handmade, carefully inspected and packaged before it is sold and ships, but we know things can happen. Due to the nature of our products, used merchandise cannot be returned or refunded. Items may be returned or exchanged if unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items and please allow 2-3 days for refunds to be processed. In the event the product is damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund products once proof of damage is submitted to Moon & Ivy within 10 days of purchase.
